Keeping children safe

• Outside class, I communicate with parents, not directly with children.
• Parents are welcome to sit in on any class.
• I never share a student’s full name or contact details with other families.
• If I’m ever concerned about a child’s wellbeing, I’ll tell the parents.

Recordings

• Classes take place on ClassIn, and every class is recorded there.
• Only the students in that class can watch the recording, for three months after the class.
• ClassIn has no download or share button, so recordings can’t be passed on.

Clips of classes

• I only use clips publicly, for example on this website, with a parent’s written permission.
• The permission says whether the child’s face, voice or both may be shown.
